Meet the Team
Michael Murabito
Snr Injury Management Consultant
Michael is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist who began his career in workplace rehabilitation in 2013. He specialises in rehabilitation, mental health, and injury management and is known for his compassionate, client-centred approach. Michael designs individualised plans that address physical, psychological, and social barriers, tailoring solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.
He is particularly passionate about working with clients from migrant backgrounds and those for whom English is not their primary language. Michael manages complex caseloads and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve sustainable health and vocational outcomes.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in mental health rehabilitation, implementing evidence-based programmes, leading organisational change, and presenting at an international mental health conference.
With advanced qualifications in Occupational Therapy and Health Science, Michael is committed to ongoing professional development and training to stay at the forefront of his field.
Outside of work, he is passionate about fostering connections that inspire recovery, resilience, and meaningful engagement in life.

Naomi Goods
Snr Injury Management Consultant
Since starting her career in 2010, Naomi has gained extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist and Injury Management Consultant. She is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. Her career encompasses workplace rehabilitation, injury management, and injury prevention.
Her expertise includes industrial ergonomics, workplace assessments, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Naomi also has experience in aged care, where she has provided valuable support to healthcare workers, older employees, and individuals recovering from psychological injuries.
She is particularly passionate about working with older workers and those transitioning towards retirement. Naomi has contributed to industry knowledge through published works and active participation in professional organisations.
Beyond her professional work, she enjoys volunteering, cycling, ceramics, and sewing, reflecting her dedication to creativity and community engagement.
